A beautiful palace of the Yusupov noble family. An amazing place of gold, marble and velvet. If you want to see how rich noble families were – you are welcome. It is incredibly beatiful both inside and outside. This palace has a terrible story behind it: Rasputin was killed here. Welcome here to see all the mistery beyond this murder! This is another must-see place of our city.

A terrible murder

Russian queen’s lover Grigory Rasputin was murdered here by Yusupov and his friends. The murder didn’t go well: they tried to poison him, but the poison didn’t work. He didn’t even notice he was poisoned by amount of cyanide enough to kill 5 people! So they shot him in the back. But he revived and tried to kill them and escaped, so they shot him again and again but he was still alive when they approached. Then they beat and tied Rasputin and drowned him in the river under the ice so he couldn’t revive again. A terribly brutal murder!
