Pljescavitsa is an extremely big beef cutlet with special spices and always served with special sauces. In ‘Ukusno’ they put it in a bun with vegetables – and here comes a wonderful Serbian burger. Greatest Serbian burger

Serbia is a country in Eastern Europe. Their language has 30-50% in common with Russian so we can speak with each other a little. Their cuisine is also slavic, probably 50-70% of dishes are typical for Russian cuisine. But Pljescavitsa is something we don’t cook here! It is a biggest cutlet ever and it is served with two nicest sauces so please check it out if you are at Ligovsky 50!
