O’Hooligans is an irish pub visited mostly by younger people, both by ladies and gentlemen (unlike other pubs which are occupied mostly by middle-aged men). There are three pubs in the city, two of them are in the city center. A good choice of beers and cider, lots of cocktails, shots and some loud music – what else do you need for a great evening? The cuisine is simple but tasty and steaks are really good. The pub is really packed at weekend nights from 8 pm till midnight so you’d better reserve a table or wait a little bit (please ask a waiter to notify you if someone leaves). On weekends there is some live music so don’t go there if you plan to chat a lot. The atmosphere is great, this is another place where people smile a lot! It’s also #21 in Tripadvisor list of restraunts in the city and has a Certificate of Excellence. So now just shut up and add it to your wishlist 🙂

A place full of happiness

Well, drinking is a sin, but take a look at all those happy people enjoying this sin here! Somewhy atmosphere at O’Hooligans is really great, though this place is 100% a typical pub. O’Hooligans at Konyushennaya has a better atmosphere than a similar pub on Bakunina street.

Two bars

There are 3 bars in the city. 2 of them are in the city center. Bakunina street pub is less popular and has a usual pub atmosphere. So better go to Konyushennaya street pub!

Good for a pre-party

The pub runs empty at midnight, people don’t stay here for all night long. Don’t sit there among those few visitors remaining, go to Konyushennaya square clubs or somewhere else! Come here about 8 pm and try to reserve a table in advance (you may do it at day time as you pass by – the pub is 20 meters from Nevskiy prospect).

Unusually good cuisine and drinks

Irish and english pubs usually offer a terrible cuisine (at least in St. Petersburg). This pub is a bit different: food here is maybe not awesome, but definitely good! Drinks are perfect and prices are reasonable. A lot of beers, ciders, whiskeys and cocktails available.
