Tanks and cannons outside
The museum’s courtyard is filled with tanks, cannons, missile carriers, anti-aircraft machineguns, engineering machines and etc. You start doubting if you should go inside after seeng this!
Packed with guns inside
Inside there is a lot of weapon systems explained to visitors. From the 17th centure combat to 1970s anti-ship missiles. The history of Kalashnikov machinegun (AK-47) is also explained here. Lots of different weapons, from sabers to missile launchers! Whatever people invent to murder each other is here!
Great location
Just a stonethrow from Peter and Paul’s fortress. Wonderful location to spend the whole day in those 2 museums!
