This place is completely unknown to tourists but incredibly popular among local party people during hot summer weekends. This is a big and beautiful rooftop bar on the open air. The view is great and so is the music: they have some events every weekend evening. This is another place where the most popular Russian DJs play so be ready for some really nice music and great pre-party (this place closes around 1 am so it is pre-party only). Check their schedule on Facebook to see what they have this weekend. Well, we say Hi Hat is definitely worth visiting!

Great cocktails

There is a nice option: tell the bartender what kind of alcohol you want and he or she will mix you his or her special cocktail. Just name the bottle! Of course they have cocktail menu too.

Nicest atmosphere

Allthough you have to climb a dirty and old stair, you will see a nice, clean and modern place with great music and events. Atmosphere is great and people are very positive here!

Good for pre-party

This place is not for weekdays or for night long parties. Leave it after midnight and go partying. Entrance is free before 8 pm, but there is usually not so much to do until 9-10 pm. The entrance is around 8 dollars.
